The Consultant on Girls Vision for the Future – Cameroon Girls Movement will support the UNICEF Cameroon office by making girls ‘voices heard. The consultant will support in the preparation of the National and Regional Summit, ensure all logistics and administrative assets, while in parallel, contribute to the Girls' Movement's success until October 2025.
Along with the DOers and THINKers team, the consultant is expected to facilitate and accompany the success of the Girls Movement from June to December 2025. He/she will be held accountable for the success of the activities in a synchronized way in all 10 Regions. The consultant will ensure that the Girls' agenda in Cameroon is effectively represented at regional and global levels, aligning it with national priorities, the context of the country, and actions of the Country office.

Help eliminate childhood lead poisoning worldwide.Join UNICEF as a Programme Specialist [Lead (Pb) Knowledge Generation and Use], where you’ll lead the development of cutting-edge tools—like the “Toolkit to End Childhood Lead Poisoning”—and transform data and research into actionable resources for countries and partners.The Programme Specialist [Lead-Free Future Programme] will play an important role in driving progress, at a country and global level, toward the mitigation of lead. They will ensure the technical rigor of UNICEF’s programmes against lead by providing technical guidance, support and quality assurance to ROs/COs, global programme management , global programme support and contribute learnings in support of the Partnership for a Lead-Free Future.
The Senior Programme Associate works in close collaboration with a range of staff in UNICEF Ethiopia Country Office, Afar, Amahara and Tigray Field Offices, external partners and agency counterparts in support of the implementation of the programme. S/He regularly monitors financial and programme implementation milestones, provides regular feedback on the status of programme and financial indicators and advises on improvements to keep programme activities on track.
The Communications Associate will play a key role in supporting UNICEF’s communications efforts at both national and local levels. This includes assisting in media relations and managing the organization and logistics of field visits for media and donors to programs supported by UNICEF and its partners
Under the guidance of the Lead for the Partnership for a Lead-Free Future (PLF) and in collaboration with the PLF Secretariat, UNICEF divisions, and the Health Environments for Healthy Children Team, the Consultant will create and aggregate best practices and technical tools through a central knowledge and resource hub to support country-led efforts.
