UNICEF is seeking a dedicated Education Officer (NO-2) to support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of education programmes that promote equitable, inclusive, and quality learning opportunities for children. Reporting to the Education Specialist, the incumbent will provide technical, operational, and administrative support, work closely with government and development partners, monitor programme results, contribute to resource mobilization, and support knowledge management and capacity-building initiatives.
The purpose of this assignment is to provide technical support to the Education & ICDS Departments in
Madhya Pradesh to improve data and monitoring systems for contextual planning, monitoring and review.
This includes strengthening of the Vidya Samiksha Kendra focusing on school drop-out, teacher education,
ECCE, supportive supervision and other relevant areas.

The purpose of this assignment is to support the effective dissemination and capitalization of knowledge, practices, and coordination models related to the protection of unaccompanied and separated children (UASC) in Italy, by designing and implementing creative, interactive and hybrid (online and in-person) workshops. Building on the mapping and analysis conducted by the Research Consultant (Juvenile Justice Expert), the consultant will ensure that key findings, good practices, and lessons learned are translated into structured and engaging, participatory learning experiences tailored to institutional audiences, including Prefecture staff, Juvenile Court professionals, and practitioners of the UASC reception system.
This project aims to future-proof UNICEF Mozambique’s Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem by optimizing digital infrastructure and establishing a sustainable, integrated environment for operational and staff lifecycle management. Furthermore, the initiative seeks to advance the office's data management, analytics, and knowledge-sharing capabilities, while fostering responsible AI readiness. Ultimately, these efforts are designed to strengthen evidence-based decision-making and promote a culture of continuous organizational learning and improvement.
