The Midterm review is a key moment for government and partners to assess the implementation of the priority reform. It will serve as an opportunity to course- correct, strengthen alignment of partner interventions (including GPE grants), identify gaps or stubborn bottlenecks to reform delivery, mobilize additional financing, and agree that future GPE support could add value.
