The purpose of this assignment is to provide project management support in the setup, implementation, analysis, and deployment of the Audience & Brand tracker, as well as additional project management and analytical support to the Audience and Market Insights Manager for the East Asia Pacific region, helping to strengthen data-driven fundraising strategies. This role will contribute to deepening understanding of donors, audiences, and markets by managing the execution and follow-up of research projects and ensuring the quality and usefulness of research deliverables. The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders and external research partners to ensure that insights are actionable, reliable, and aligned with the organization's mission and fundraising goals.
There are five main areas that have been identified that require support:
1. Project Management and Coordination: planning and coordination of the Audience & Brand tracker globally, plus market research projects across East Asia Pacific, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups are well managed and aligned with strategic objectives.
2. Stakeholder and Supplier Engagement: liaison between internal teams and external research partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment on project goals, and quality delivery from suppliers.
3. Research Design and Quality Assurance: reviewing and refining research tools, including surveys and sampling plans, and conducting quality checks on data and outputs to ensure methodological accuracy and actionable results.
4. Insight Generation and Communication: assisting in analyzing research findings and preparing concise, audience-friendly presentations and reports that support data-driven fundraising and engagement strategies.
5. Knowledge Management and Regional Collaboration: maintaining organized records of research outputs and contributing to sharing insights and best practices across teams and markets in the East Asia Pacific region.
As part of the Digital Strategy of UNICEF, the Digital Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for accurate Web Analytics implementations in the respective region and for providing statistical and actionable insights for the Digital teams.
This Digital Data Analytics Specialist will analyze large amounts of raw information to find trends that will help improve the digital campaigns' performance in each region. The Digital Data Analytics Specialist will build data products to extract valuable business insights and recommend actions to the digital teams. Therefore, this role will share commercial responsibilities for the results of the digital campaigns in the respective region. This consultant role will be part of the Data & Insights team, under the global Digital Team of the Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP), UNICEF.
The Chief of Child Survival and Development (CSD) provides strategic leadership to an integrated programme encompassing Health, Nutrition, and WASH to advance child survival, growth, and resilience in Eritrea. This position is pivotal in ensuring that every child, especially the most vulnerable, benefits from equitable access to essential services and from improved health, nutrition, and hygienic practices during the crucial first 1,000 days of life.
With a strong technical focus on WASH, the Chief leads the design and implementation of climate-resilient water, sanitation, and hygiene systems that directly contribute to better health outcomes and reduce disease burden. The role promotes integration between WASH, Health, and Nutrition to address both medical and social determinants of child well-being.
