The mission of the Finance and Fiduciary Risk Reduction Specialist is to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources provided to the government, aligning with the Procedures Manual, Partnership Pact, and program objectives.
The Procurement Specialist will support the administration, management, implementation, and coordination of activities related to the acquisition of goods, works, and consultancy services under the FCSE (Education Sector Common Fund). They will ensure all procurement and management actions are conducted professionally, transparently, and ethically, adhering to partner requirements and guidelines.
Under the direct supervision of the Representative, the Coordinator serves as the team leader, ensuring strategic coordination with Technical and Financial Partners (TFPs), CAMOS, institutional system bodies, and management of the I&D/Proman consulting firm, working alongside AFD and Switzerland.
The Deputy Coordinator will assist the PMU Coordinator in overseeing the strategic, technical, and operational management of GPE funds within the country’s education sector. This includes ensuring robust project planning, financial management, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
