You will be responsible for managing and supervising all stages of health and nutrition components within the country programme, from strategic planning and formulation to delivery and reporting of results. You will lead and manage a medium sized team of professionals towards the achievement of concrete and sustainable results in support of the Royal Government of Cambodia’s Health Sector Strategic Plan, National Strategy for Food Security and Nutrition and Universal Health Coverage (UHC) Roadmap.
You will also lead the development of strategic alliances with stakeholders including donors, for advancing the Healthy Environments for Healthy Children (HEHC) agenda in Cambodia as part of an overall priority focus on non-communicable diseases that involves multiple sectors within government.

The Deputy Representative reports to the CO Representative for general supervision and direction. UNICEF's ECARO Partnership section is looking to recruit a highly motivated Partnerships Specialist at the P3 level, whom under the supervision of the Regional Advisor Partnerships P5 will support the advancement of cooperative engagement and positioning with key stakeholders across the ECA region, with a specific focus on European IFIs (i.e. EIB and EBRD), while facilitating technical aspects of expanded strategic partnership and alliances across the region, and ii) support the Regional Adviser Partnerships and the ECARO team, outposted in Moscow, on technical aspects of strategic partnership between UNICEF and the Russian Federation.
