HR Manager at the P4 level in the Division of People and Culture are lead experts in the field of human resources. These positions are responsible for the execution of client services and regularly supporting senior management in policy direction and design. Subsequently, it is expected that they can regularly develop original and innovative strategies to help advance the client’s business objectives and also tackle highly complex HR matters that do not follow established patterns.
The Senior Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Associates perform activities pertaining to UNICEF’s ICT systems including desktop administration, server operations, hardware, and software. Specialized activities may include technical support in the testing and implementation of new application system releases, modules and functionalities and systems administration tasks.
In the context of migration and asylum, Italy continues to be a frontline country for arrivals both by sea from the Central Mediterranean route and by land from the Western Balkan route and Ukraine. The country is considered both a destination and a transit country for all those migrants and refugees who are trying to reach Northern European countries. Refugees and migrants, and in particular children and women travelling alone, continue to undertake dangerous journeys to reach Europe, facing specific protection risks, including GBV ones.
