The Individual Giving (IG) team in the Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP), based in Geneva provides global support to over 50 UNICEF fundraising National Committees (Natcoms) and Country Offices (COs). The IG team is seeking a Planning and Analytics Consultant with capabilities in planning and metrics development and monitoring to join the Individual Giving Fundraising Team, Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP).
In this role, the hired consultant will be responsible for planning and validating IG activities with a focus on Individual Giving fundraising performance. Candidates with a business performance analysis background will be particularly suitable for this role.
The ICT Specialist (Salesforce) reports to the Systems Analyst, with the Chief of PFP-ICT as the Second Reporting Officer.
The PFP division aims to target ambitious goals in its 2022-25 strategic plan built around income, influence, partnership, and cross-cutting areas of work, focusing on digital first. The related business activities require support to the large-scale and complex UNICEF business applications and information systems pillars used by the PFP division and the PSFR countries, as well as COs and HQs with partnership and/or fundraising operations. These pillars include Supporter Relationship Management, Marketing and Fundraising Management, Communication and Advocacy, Analytics & Business Intelligence, and Knowledge Management.
This post is based in Valencia, a headquarters duty station, and is part of the PFP-ICT Applications Support unit, which manages and supports the analysis of business requirements for applications, the identification or development, the implementation as well as the operations of business application solutions.

The study aims to draw lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic, both for its pandemic roll-out and post pandemic routinization of COVID-19 vaccines to high-risk groups. The study will have two overall aims: (i) examine lessons learned from the COVID-19 vaccine roll-out in Guyana during the pandemic and (ii) evaluate the integration of COVID-19 vaccination into routine care of high-risk groups (post pandemic)
Based on agreed DAPM intranet sites governance framework, the consultant will carry out the following tasks:
1. Consult with key DAPM stakeholders using a participatory approach to develop a proposal for a refresh of the DAPM communication site including improvements to site design and content organization.
2. Work with DAPM content managers to implement the agreed site refresh including making high level changes to the site, working with focal points to develop and upload content needed for the refresh and agreeing on team roles and responsibilities for regular site updating.
3. Review and make recommendations for improvements to the DAPM collaboration site in terms of site organization, content management and roles and responsibilities for regularly updating the site, as well as recommendations around effective use of collaboration sites within the Division.
4. Develop a short training guide and develop and deliver a webinar tutorial giving an overview of DAPM intranet governance and how to manage content on DAPM's communication and collaboration sites.
