In line with these PSEA commitments, the purpose of the PSEA Capacity Building Consultancy is to provide support to the Child Protection Specialist - PSEA global technical lead, to deliver on UNICEF’s organizational priorities as outlined in the CPHA annual rolling work plan. The Program Officer (Sub-national Cluster Coordinator) will work impartially, serving the needs of all members of the WASH Cluster and should work closely with the WASH Regional Coordinator (East/South) and/or the Chief of Field Office (in their absence), OCHA focal points, and Local Government counterparts as appropriate.
The objective of the sub-national WASH Cluster is to facilitate and support operational coordination of humanitarian/early recovery actions and plans amongst all local WASH stakeholders at the oblast / region level.
