UNICEF Zimbabwe seeks to hire a passionate and dedicated Education Officer (Education in Emergencies and Climate) for their education team. The Education Officer (Education in Emergencies and Climate) reports to the Education Manager (NO4 Level) for guidance and general supervision. The Education Officer provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for education programmes/projects.
This post mainly supports the NO-2/NO-1 Operations Officer for delivery of efficient and cost-effective administrative support services, providing guidance for operations of administrative support services. This post ensures the office’s administrative operations and services are in compliance with the organization's administrative policy, procedures, rules and regulations. In this capacity, the need to project the image of a credible and reliable service provider is imperative to quality of process delivery, and the impact of work directly reflects on the overall reputation of the team in terms of responsiveness to client needs and quality of process execution.
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Security Advisor, the Security Specialist will provide specific support, analysis and advice to the Regional and Country Offices relative to the UNICEF programme activities and operations as well as personnel.
Under the supervision of the Regional Security Advisor, the Security Specialist is responsible for supporting the Representatives on their security duties and responsibilities in accordance with UN and UNICEF Security Management Systems. The Security Specialist contributes to the UNICEF mandate through strong security risk analysis, advice, and relevant mitigation.

Esta gestión debe contemplar la propuesta y recomendaciones de un plan de escuchas, calibraciones y capacitaciones,
que permitan a los equipos lograr de mejor manera los cumplimientos de los KPIs de la campaña de donaciones
extraordinarias.
