This requires on-the-ground presence and deep local knowledge, which is essential for effective volunteer engagement, training, and support. The Youth Engagement Consultant works closely with local governments, NGOs, youth organizations, and other stakeholders at the regional level. This role requires frequent communication, relationship-building, and support for regional partnerships, which is often more effective when handled by someone embedded in the local context.
