UNICEF Ukraine is seeking qualified and experienced experts and trainers to apply for inclusion in its roster for upcoming consultancy assignments in alignment with UNICEF's strategic objectives outlined in the UNICEF Country Programme Document and in the Gender Strategy for Ukraine (2025-2029) in line with the Global UNICEF Gender Action Plan.

Join UNICEF's Global Managing People with Purpose Programme as a Consultant and lead the implementation of dynamic learning paths designed to enhance leadership across the organization. This role involves overseeing 27 e-learning modules in multiple languages, ensuring they are regularly updated to meet evolving needs, and coordinating a series of facilitated conversations for 3000 staff members. You will work closely with subject-matter experts to integrate feedback, develop new learning solutions, and assess the impact of the programme. The consultant will manage the overall learning calendar, improve content, and set up a monthly reporting system, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Programme Coordinator and team for effective, continuous programme improvement.
Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of UNICEF's current Electronic Data Interchange system. The consultant will assess its functionalities, architecture, and integration capabilities, identify strengths and weaknesses, evaluate alternative technologies and solutions, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the system’s efficiency, scalability, and compliance with industry standards. The goal is to optimize UNICEF's transport management and operational processes while supporting sustainability and leveraging advanced technologies.
