The purpose of this assignment is to provide technical assistance in designing, managing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting the progress of education programmes in partnership with national counterparts, regional partners, colleagues, and other partners, and in line with federal and regional priorities.

Primarily, the Education Specialist will provide technical guidance, programme development and planning, programme implementation, coordination, monitoring, resource mobilization, advocacy as well as innovation, knowledge management and capacity building support all with the aim of contributing to improved learning outcomes, especially for disadvantaged and vulnerable children and adolescents in the region.
