The purpose of the contract is to support the pilot testing of proposed methods and indicators for the monitoring of the Child Wasting Cascade. There will be comprehensive pilots with monitoring indicators for screening, treatment and prevention implemented in at least two countries and smaller scale specific topical pilots implemented in other countries

The Knowledge Management & Country Office Support Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving UNICEF’s innovation strategy and capacity building agenda by capturing, curating, and supporting the adoption and scale up of cutting-edge insights, best practices and lessons learned. This role will develop and manage dynamic knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen overall programmatic support to countries as well as foster partnerships with key local and global innovation partners. The Consultant will also identify high-impact funding opportunities, forge strategic partnerships with donors, private sector partners, academic institutions and development agencies, and craft compelling proposals that unlock new investments in innovation.
