Strategic KM support is essential to ensure that these changes are well understood, internalized, and implemented effectively. In addition, knowledge management can function as a bridge to support collaboration and improve organizational learning and effectiveness in times of change and uncertainty.
This consultancy will contribute to these efforts by advancing targeted KM initiatives that promote knowledge continuity, internal collaboration, and organizational learning.
