UNICEF Innocenti - Global Office of Research and Foresight (GORaF) is seeking a consultant for a (remote) assignment of approximately 10 working days (phase 1 of the study). The consultant will be hired to design the quantitative component of a mixed methodology study on the costs associated with caring for a child with disabilities in the Tunisian context.
The main purpose of the assignment is to support the Education Unit with UNICEF Innocenti – Global Office of Research and Foresight with the inception phase of the Implementation Research Improving Education (IRIE) initiative.
The consultant will support engagement with UNICEF country offices and regional offices to solicit relevant documentation for the IRIE initiative, design research plans and budgets, and input into relevant resource mobilization outputs.
UNICEF Angola Country Office is looking for a technically capable Technology for Development Officer who under the direct supervision of Deputy Representative- Operations would be working closely with program, partners and government counterparts and will lead the country office in advancement of the overall Digital Transformation agenda of the office.
The post supervises one GS ICT associate.

The Policy Writing Consultant will support updating and writing of guidance documents specific to the technical nonprofit governance topic of Ethical Framework and conduct related research and consultations with stakeholders.
