A contractor will be engaged by UNICEF Serbia to support the implementation and usage of the new CRM tool (Sales Force) and to perform inhouse activities related to the system, as well as overall donor care and stewardship through meaningful contact and donor solicitation: telemarketing activities, written materials, e-mails and in-person meetings when required. The contractor will conduct telemarketing activities as a pillar for UNICEF’s donor recruitment and donor value maximization activities, and will also assist in administrative tasks.
UNICEF Moldova currently is involved in implementation of several infrastructure projects in parallel, each aimed at essential services and infrastructure for children and vulnerable populations across the Republic of Moldova. To ensure the effective implementation of these projects, UNICEF Moldova is looking to engage a technical consultant to facilitate the implementation from design monitoring to construction oversight.
The national consultant is expected to support the international consultant to develop a parenting curriculum (manual for kindergarten teachers and toolkit for parents), support delivery of training of trainers (ToT) and supervision sessions to a group of kindergarten teachers. In collaboration with specialists of the Preschool Department of the Ministry of Education (MoE) and Preschool and Primary Education Department of the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan (NIET), the national consultant is also expected to deliver capacity building trainings to kindergarten teachers in Ashgabat, Arkadag and all velayats.
The consultant will work closely with the UNICEF Food Systems for Childrens team and external stakeholders to support the achievement of key objectives and deliverables in line with agreed timelines and outputs.
