The purpose of this assignment is to support financing, systems strengthening & policy reform, scale-up of transformative TVET programmes, and related monitoring, evaluation, research and learning for UNICEF’s Skills & Secondary Education global programme portfolio. The Partnership & Communication officer will be based at the UNICEF Gabon Country Office (CO), under the supervision of the Area Representative.The position contributes to strengthening UNICEF’s partnerships, visibility and public engagement by supporting the implementation of communication and partnership strategies aligned with country program priorities and global UNICEF frameworks.The incumbent supports the representation in enhancing collaboration with key stakeholders, contributing to environmental scanning, knowledge exchange, advocacy efforts and resource mobilization initiatives.
The purpose of this consultancy is to lead and facilitate the development of a comprehensive, inclusive, and actionable National Digital Education Strategy (2027–2032) for Sudan, through a participatory, evidence-based, and contextually relevant process.
The Chief Field Office is responsible for leading UNICEF's presence and operations within the assigned region, overseeing programme implementation, partnerships, resources, and staff to ensure the effective delivery of results for children and communities. The role provides strategic leadership in programme planning, monitoring, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, while fostering strong partnerships with government, UN agencies, donors, and other development partners. The incumbent ensures that all programmes are implemented using rights-based and results-based approaches, strengthens local capacity, and promotes sustainable impact in both development and humanitarian contexts.
