The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a Cambodian national consultant to develop a wide range of creative materials, including graphic designs, publication layouts, social media visuals, leaflets, posters, videos, photo essays, and audio tracks. These outputs will be used to enhance programme visibility, engage stakeholders, and promote child rights and well-being across Cambodia.
In addition to content creation, the consultant will manage and regularly update UNICEF Cambodia’s public website, ensuring that information is timely, accessible, and inclusive. The consultant will also maintain and validate UNICEF’s multimedia asset management system (WeShare), ensuring that all photo and video resources are properly tagged, organized, and available for use across the UNICEF network

The purpose of the consultancy is to support the Child Poverty and Social Protection team in the Social Policy section with outreach as well as advocacy approaches on child poverty and social protection, through a variety of policy advocacy and knowledge management initiatives. This includes supporting dialogue, learning and advocacy on shock responsive as well as inclusive & gender responsive social protection, as well as support managing an active Global Coalition to End Child Poverty, support staff members coordinate outreach to member organizations.
The Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action (the Alliance) is a global network of operational agencies, academic institutions, policymakers, donors and practitioners that facilitates inter-agency technical collaboration on child protection in all humanitarian contexts. The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) co-leads the Alliance with rotating NGOs, currently International Rescue Committee and Hurras Network. The Alliance sets standards and produces technical guidance for use by the various stakeholders, particularly field practitioners. Its mission is to support humanitarian actors to achieve high-quality and effective child protection interventions in humanitarian contexts, in both refugee and non-refugee settings.
The purpose of the assignment is to support the Alliance with planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and grant management for all Working Groups, Task Forces, and Initiatives (WGTFIs), in alignment with the Alliance’s Strategic Brief (2025-2026) and the following strategy, and the implementation of these strategies.
