Le/a consultant (e) en appui aux stratégies d’intervention de Protection et à l’élaboration des rapports au donateur aura la charge d’appuyer la section dans le développement des documents de programme, l’élaboration des budgets et la rédaction du rapport au bailleur canadien.
Plus spécifiquement, le/la consultant (e) devra, sous la supervision de la cheffe protection de l’Unicef :
• Appuyer l’élaboration ou l’amendement de documents de programmes, notamment pour l’Alibori, l’Atacora et la Donga avec une attention particulière sur les questions de genre
• Elaborer le rapport au donateur du Canada pour la période de mai 2025 à avril 2026
• Contribuer à la rédaction du rapport pour le Luxembourg pour l’année 2025 Renforcer la structure de la base de données de la section y compris la composante Care du programme Cash+Care financé par le Canada et appuyer la collecte et compilation des données de la section.
• Appuyer le rapportage de l’UNICEF pour l’année 2025 (Core standards indicators, RAM, COAR 2025, etc.)
• Appuyer l’élaboration et finalisation du PTA 2026.
Le/la consultant (e) national (e) va apporter un soutien technique dans le cadre du projet Duhagurukire rimwe dutera intambwe pour la formation des acteurs communautaires sur les outils et les approches CSC pour prévenir les VSBG faites aux enfants et assurer l’évaluation de ces activités.
The purpose of this assignment is to provide technical assistance to NASP and MoEF to support the design, piloting, and implementation of RBM and PBB frameworks, tools, and processes. This assignment will focus on establishing clear procedures for handling non-functional CCE, managing refrigerants responsibly, and ensuring compliance with international environmental protocols, such as WHO PQS guidelines and the Kigali Amendment.
