The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Functional Literacy, Education and Mass Media Survey (FLEMMS) in 2019 also revealed that at least 270,000 or 90 percent of children 3 to 4 years old are not attending any form of early childhood education program in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), and more than 50,000 of them are in Lanao del Sur.
The Education Specialist is required to support the overall coordination and management of the EU Programme and SPEEP Programme. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with the European Union, implementing partners, and other key stakeholders.
