Under the close supervision and guidance of the supervisor, you support the respective section(s) by carrying out a range of procedural, administrative, and operational tasks to help develop, implement, and monitor their country programme, ensuring timely and effective delivery that is consistent with UNICEF rules and regulations.
Under the supervision and guidance of the Chief of section, the programme associate works in close collaboration with a range of staff in the Country Office, external partners and other UN agencies in support of programme design and delivery. S/he provides regular feedback on the status of projects through monitoring milestones and advises on improvements to keep activities on track.

The Senior Program Coordinator serves as the principal adviser on coordinating World Bank (WB) program portfolio (4 projects), coordinating all phases of each project, from formulation to delivery of results in accordance with UNICEF’s Strategic Plans, standards of performance and accountability framework, ethics, and integrity. He ensures development of workplan, performance benchmark, budget coherence, and integration within country office strategies and programs.
