In their effort to provide an efficient and effective response to the humanitarian crisis, the WASH Senior Manager (Cluster Coordination) is responsible for building relationships with stakeholders, for securing the overall coordination of sectoral responses and for ensuring inter-sectoral collaboration.
The purpose of this individual consultancy is to provide technical assistance to establish a clear and sustainable foundation for the CHW supply chain in Tanzania. The outcomes will inform national and subnational planning, guide resource allocation, and support the development of operational tools and processes. Health facility managers at the primary care level — particularly at dispensaries and health centers — will be better equipped to coordinate with CHWs and ensure commodity flow is maintained. Most importantly, CHWs themselves will gain structured guidance and support for managing commodities in their daily work, ultimately leading to more reliable and effective service delivery at the community level.
