The technical expertise for safeguarding in PFP sits in the Governance Team as UNICEF recognizes safeguarding as part of the good governance of any organization. The Safeguarding Consultant will contribute to enabling PFP to meet its safeguarding accountabilities in its work with National Committee for UNICEF and across all private sector engagement activities.
The main purpose of the assignment is to support the Education Unit with UNICEF Innocenti – Global Office of Research and Foresight with the inception phase of the Implementation Research Improving Education (IRIE) initiative.
The consultant will support engagement with UNICEF country offices and regional offices to solicit relevant documentation for the IRIE initiative, design research plans and budgets, and input into relevant resource mobilization outputs.
