The Senior Legal Associate (Paralegal) in Brussels will support the global UNICEF Legal team on a wide range of paralegal and administrative functions. Reporting to the Senior Legal Affairs Specialist in Brussels, the role involves close collaboration with team members across offices under the overall direction of the Chief Legal Counsel in New York.
As part of the Ukraine refugee response, the UNICEF Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia (ECARO) established a Refugee Response Office in Poland. As a strategic business partner, the incumbent will coordinate operational activities in the Refugee Response Office in Warsaw with the aim of supporting programme implementation, driving change, providing risk-informed and solution-focused analysis, advice, and services, and contributing to programme and management decisions to deliver results for children. The role will support the operational and legal closure of the Refugee Response Office in Poland, in line with the planned office closure on 31 March 2027.
The Operations Officer will work closely with the Country Coordinator in the Poland Refugee Response Office and will report to, and be supported by, the Regional Chief of Operations and the RO Operations team.

Under the general guidance and supervision of UNICEF’s PPD Washington, DC Office Director (North America and IFIs Pillar), the Public Partnerships Specialist will support the Director and overall Office/Pillar team and Congressional Liaison to position UNICEF as a partner of choice for the US Government, and to inform and educate the US Congress on UNICEF’s programmes, to help sustain support for UNICEF. In addition to US Congressional and Government engagement and team support, the Public Partnerships Specialist will provide support with external engagements across diverse stakeholders, including Member States, NGOs/think tanks and UN partners. The incumbent will liaise directly with: Congressional staff, Member States, UNICEF National Committee staff and other non-governmental partners, UN agencies, UNICEF Headquarter Divisions and UNICEF Field Offices.
The Supply Chain Officer will support UNICEF’s Supply Chain Digitalization strategy by helping ensure visibility needs are met through key systems (VISION/SAP, Info Hub, InSight), supporting the progressive availability of supply data and intelligence via digital solutions, and strengthening capacities within the supply community in supply intelligence and digital dexterity.
