The position also leads global partnerships, knowledge generation, policy influence, resource mobilization, and inter-agency coordination to strengthen UNICEF’s education response and ensure continuity of learning during emergencies.
To help achieve the results set out in UNICEF’s Strategic Plan and respond to growing demand from country offices and government partners for technical support on ECD, UNICEF is establishing a Global Roster of ECD Expert Consultants. The roster will play a central role in supporting UNICEF’s Centers of Excellence work on ECD by providing Country Offices with timely access to specialized expertise. The roster will function as a stand-by mechanism, enabling UNICEF to rapidly mobilize pre-qualified experts to provide timely and quality support on ECD.
