Los objetivos específicos son:
• Asesorar en aspectos relacionados con la normativa nacional que necesiten ser adecuados para garantizar la plena aplicación de los derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes.
• Monitorear a nivel parlamentario los proyectos de ley que sean presentados relacionados con la violencia contra niños y niñas, su acceso a la justicia, derechos de infancia.
• Contribuir a las distintas actividades establecidas en el plan de trabajo que requieran experticia jurídica.
• Apoyar el desarrollo de insumos, materiales y análisis de jurisprudencia para el área de Protección en los temas antes mencionados.
