Education Outcomes Fund (EOF) is looking for an exceptional consultant to provide program and operational advice and support for the implementation of the skills for employment program. The consultant will report directly to the Program Manager and work closely with EOF’s whole team.
Under the direct supervision of the Emergency Manager, the JPO Emergency Officer will support the implementation of UNICEF Myanmar’s emergency preparedness and response interventions. S/he will contribute towards the development, planning, implementation, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising, and the overall coordination of humanitarian interventions to advance the survival and well-being of children, mothers and affected communities in an emergency setting. The JPO will support the Emergency Manager in the coordination of UNICEF-led clusters/areas of responsibility and inter-agency responsibilities.
