Under the supervision and guidance of the Director of the Washington DC Office, the Administrative Associate is responsible for executing a broad variety of procedural and specialized administrative tasks for the respective section requiring in-depth knowledge of UNICEF administrative procedures, processes, and policies.
The objective of this consultancy is to support the ESS initiative by creating a SharePoint platform where all ESS-related corporate documents, tools, and training materials are easily accessible, and to establish a Community of Practice (CoP) for staff to collaborate, share knowledge, and improve ESS implementation. It complements the current initiative on Safeguarding.
Under the general guidance of the Chief, SBC Section and in close coordination with Sectoral and Cross-Sectoral Specialists, the Social & Behavior Change Officer contributes to/responsible for the design, management, monitoring and evaluation of evidence-based, inclusive and innovative SBC strategies in support of the country programme.
