UNICEF Gambia Country Office is looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our team as Partnerships Manager. The Partnerships Manager supports the Representative to push the fundraising agenda and ensure that risks to the country programme funding are mitigated. This position is critical in ensuring that the office’s communication strategy and fundraising plans are developed, implemented and monitored to ensure sustained funding. Partnerships would also be strengthened through this position.
El objetivo de la presente licitación es firmar Acuerdos de Largo Plazo o Long Term Agreement (LTA). LTA es un acuerdo válido para un cierto período de tiempo entre un consultor/a y UNICEF, permitiendo la contratación de servicios contra los términos y referencias durante la validez del mismo, sin mínimos de compra y con base de no exclusividad.
El objetivo principal de esta consultoría es contar con expertos que proporcionen servicios integrales de gestión de campañas de pauta digital. Esto incluye la planificación estratégica, implementación, monitoreo, optimización continua y elaboración de reportes detallados de las campañas de Desarrollo de Fondos de UNICEF. El propósito central es generar y retener donantes, captar personas interesadas en dejar testamentos solidarios, e implementar acciones efectivas con empresas en medios digitales, asegurando un impacto significativo en nuestras iniciativas de recaudación de fondos.
The Consultant will conduct a thorough review and update of UNICEF’s Human Resources policies to ensure they are fully aligned with the most recent revisions to the UNICEF Regulatory Framework, which came into effect on 1 July 2024. This process will include identifying any gaps or inconsistencies between the existing policies and the updated framework, as well as recommending any necessary adjustments to enhance compliance and effectiveness.
The purpose of this assignment is to conduct Child-focused Public Expenditure Measurement (C-PEM) to identify direct and indirect allocations and spending on child policy objectives of the budget over time. Additionally, this assignment aims to support the measurement of public expenditures focused on children in Azerbaijan, aligning with current governmental policies to optimise budget contributions toward child-specific goals. Furthermore, the assignment aims to introduce child-friendly budgeting within the Mid-Term Expenditure Framework in partnership with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
