UNICEF is establishing a dedicated team to lead and develop UNISON, the organization’s Salesforce-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Recognizing the importance of nurturing and optimizing partnerships to ensure critical resourcing and support to its work, UNICEF rolled out UNISON globally for public and private partnership management. While the project phase comes to an end in December 2024, the UNISON team will continue to foster this ongoing change in the way the organization manages partnerships, working to increase uptake and systematic usage of UNISON across the spectrum of internal stakeholders and supporting the tool’s evolution. The goal is to maintain and manage all donor partner relationships on UNISON globally, driving revenue growth and promoting partnership knowledge-sharing and coordination; tracking income and pipeline funding, and enabling increased financial and non-financial support to drive results for children.
