The Gender, Rights, and Protection unit is establishing a Roster of Consultants to pre-qualify candidates who can be contracted quickly to provide a range of research services. Consultants on the roster may be called upon to:

The UNICEF Social Policy and Social Protection Programme Team is seeking a short-term consultancy to accelerate progress in the implementation of the Global Accelerator on jobs and social protection for just transitions. This includes:
- Undertaking a synthesis of literature on the effectiveness of social protection in supporting climate change adaptation outcomes for those most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change ie children and young people, those living with disabilities, women and girls, and children on the move. identify the most salient evidence gaps; and
- Developing the implementation roadmap and action plan for the USP2030 financing group led Sevilla Platform for Action (SPA) initiative on financing social protection.
Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Representative (Operations), the incumbent undertakes administrative management support services in a country office. The incumbent assists in ensuring efficient and cost-effective administrative support services, providing guidance to administrative staff as well as supporting staff in Conakry Office administrative assignments. The incumbent ensures that the office’s administrative operations and services are in compliance with the organization's administrative policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

The Cold Chain Logistics Specialist reports to Chief Health & Nutrition and works closely with the Supply and Logistics Specialist and is responsible for the implementation and strengthening vaccine management, EPI supplies and cold chain systems.
In collaboration with UNICEF’s Health and Nutrition Programme team, national partners on immunization service supply chain management, the incumbent provides technical support in defining supply requirements for vaccines and cold chain equipment and accessories for programming.
