The Child Protection Section of the UNICEF Thailand Country Office is seeking an individual consultant to provide specialized knowledge, guidance, and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of TICAC’s operations and responses to online child sexual exploitation and abuse cases in Thailand. This includes improving information sharing, strengthening expertise in handling online crimes, enhancing collaboration with global platforms, increasing law enforcement capacity, and improving data analysis.
Due to the nature of this assignment, it is considered an ‘elevated risk role’ from UNICEF’s child safeguarding perspective. The consultant will undergo a comprehensive assessment, which includes rigorous background checks.

The incumbent will have a matrix line to Chief HRBP who will provide technical guidance and support.
As accountable for staff administration and wellbeing, the post holder leads on efficient business processes and innovative approaches to timely and accurate staff administration and support. The HR Manager within their area of responsibility, is accountable for implementing HR services that enhance the capacity of their clients to deliver on their business goals and objectives. In doing so, the incumbent demonstrates the ability to anticipate HR -related needs and develop subsequent plans and solutions that align HR management with business objectives.
