Le bureau de l’UNICEF au Tchad est à la recherche d’un/une professionnel/elle motivé/e, engagé/e et expérimenté/e pour le poste d’Administrateur/trice au niveau NO2, en contrat Fixe Terme, basé à Ndjamena. Sous la supervision directe du Spécialiste HIV/AIDS PMCT, l’Administrateur/trice est chargé/e de fournir une assistance technique, opérationnelle et administrative tout au long du processus de programmation des programmes/projets VIH dans le cadre du programme national (planification et mise en œuvre jusqu'à l'obtention des résultats).
Under the supervision of the international Public Health Emergency Specialist supported by the Chief of Health and Nutrition, and in close collaboration with the Rwanda Country Office Emergency Management Team (EMT), the PHE Specialist will provide technical support to the planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of UNICEF’s preparedness and response to the MVD and mpox outbreaks, in addition to systems strengthening for overall country readiness and response to any global health security (GHS) threats
The consultant will design and implement a robust Monitoring and Reporting System. This includes developing a user-friendly data collection system, supporting the creation of data warehouse with efficient ETL processes, and ensuring data quality and transformation for validation.
The consultant will establish user roles and an approval chain, configure real-time data access for analytical tools, and integrate existing products (eTools, TPM, AAP, etc) into a comprehensive insights-generative system. Additionally, the consultant will provide training, documentation, and support, facilitating a data-driven approach to reporting and decision-making for UNICEF Ukraine.
The consultant’s key deliverabels will include the following:
• Draft assessment report of the immunization forecasting and supply planning situation with recommendations for improvements.
• PowerPoint presentation on the findings from the forecasting assessment and presentations to relevant stakeholders to gather inputs on the findings and recommendations.
• Final assessment report of the immunization forecasting situation with recommendations for improvements, incorporating the inputs from the stakeholder meetings.
• Short, medium and long-term improvement roadmap to strengthen forecasting and supply/distribution planning, based on the findings in the assessment report.
• Government-endorsed forecasting and supply/distribution planning improvements plan and roadmap
• Approved Terms of reference for the forecasting team
• Training report for the IFSP team
• 2025 immunization forecast for all relevant vaccines and immunization supplies
• Assessment questionnaire for the evaluation of the immunization distribution system
• Assessment report of the immunization distribution system with recommendations for improvements, incorporating the inputs from the stakeholder meetings
• 2025 immunization supply/distribution plan for all relevant vaccines and immunization supplies
• Approved guidance materials to guide future forecasting and supply/distribution planning processes in Ukraine, including process SOPs Approved key performance indicators to monitor forecasting supply and distribution planning.
The UNICEF Jordan Country Office is looking for a dynamic consultant to conduct a comprehensive cold chain equipment inventory assessment with geospatial analysis to understand, at a minimum, the cold chain capacity, quantity, and functional status of cold chain equipment at all levels throughout Jordan’s 14 Health Directorates.
