UNICEF Zambia Country Office is looking for a dynamic and dedicated professional who under the supervision of the Deputy Representative Programme, will be accountable for supporting the effective implementation of programme coordination, budget management, documentation, and reporting. The Programme Specialist (Coordinator) will also ensure that all aspects of the programme run smoothly and efficiently.
Under the guidance of the supervisor, accountable for programme, planning, design, implementation and administration of specific projects within a major programme, in accordance with the Country Programme Recommendation and Country Programme Management Plan, focussed on achievement of UNICEF's Priorities.
The UNICEF Tanzania Country office is seeking to engage a highly experienced, proactive, and committed Deputy Representative Programme for 4 months based in Dar es Salaam, working closely with the Representative to ensure optimal management of resources and programmatic activities.
The consultant will support in planning and executing key priorities under the global strategy; work with global and country teams to deliver results to partners; strengthening P2E’s MERL approach; conceptualizing, planning, and reporting results from P2E-enabled learning-to-earning pathways, including exploring integrations with other innovative solutions; coordinating the activation and management of P2E platforms; and supporting in crowding in additional resourcing.
