The Nutrition Officer provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for the nutrition programmes/projects within the Country Programme, from development planning to delivery of results. In doing so, the incumbent implements a variety of technical and administrative programme tasks to facilitate programme development, implementation, programme progress monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of results.

We aim to recruit a Partnerships and Reporting Consultant who will strengthen the capacity of the Country Office to produce high-quality donor reports and effectively manage resource partnerships.
The selected consultant will play a pivotal role in meeting essential partnership and donor reporting benchmarks, including achieving UNICEF Uganda’s annual fundraising targets. This work will be conducted in adherence to UNICEF’s global and in-country priorities.
The Consultant is expected to carry out critical tasks in alignment with UNICEF’s global standards and guidelines, as well as the framework agreements, standards, and guidelines established by our resource partners. The Safeguarding & PSEA Consultant will work closely with the UNICEF Child Protection and Social Behavior Change teams and the Emergency Specialist. The consultant will also collaborate with the Education, Health, Nutrition, and WASH sections to ensure their programmes and activities are strengthened on Safeguarding, PSEA and integrate the UNICEF minimum standards on GBV Risk Mitigation. In Vanuatu, the consultant will also work in close coordination with the safeguarding officer of the local Save the Children team, in a joint program on school rehabilitation after the earthquake. Technical supervision will be provided by UNICEF Pacific PSEA & safeguarding specialist.
