The NOB Social Policy Officer (PF4C) Officer will report to the Chief Child Protection and Social Policy and work closely with technical leads working on Social Protection, Child Protection, Health and Nutrition, Education, and Climate. The Officer provides strong management and leadership to the work on PFM to deliver timely and quality results against the annual workplan and in line with the Country Programme Document (CPD). The consultant will work with MoH to address bottlenecks and develop a tailored capacity-building plan for Tuvalu. This may include on-site sessions, training, and establishing a trainer team for ongoing professional development. Coaching and mentorship will be integrated to ensure lasting impact, and health workers will be trained in internal assessments.
