L'objectif global de cette consultance est de renforcer les mesures de mitigation des risques de Violence Basée sur le Genre (VBG) y compris les Exploitations et Abus Sexuels (EAS) (VBG/EAS) au sein de la programmation de l’UNICEF Madagascar. Ce travail aidera le bureau de l’UNICEF Madagascar à identifier et à systématiser l’intégration des mesures de mitigation de risques appropriées dans les quatre secteurs d’interventions : Education, Santé, WASH et Politiques sociales/cash transfert.
Le/la Consultant.e individuel.le fournira, pour les quatre secteurs d’interventions mentionnés,
i. Une analyse approfondie des risques de VBG/EAS dans la programmation de l’UNICEF Madagascar et ;
ii. Des recommandations opérationnelles des mesures de mitigation des risques VBG/EAS, traduit dans un plan d’actions incluant des indicateurs.
The WASH Officer provides technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the WASH programming process, with emphasis on fostering partnerships, coordinating recovery efforts, and supporting the transition from emergency response to sustainable infrastructure development. The Officer contributes to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the WASH output results of the country programme, while ensuring meaningful participation of affected populations and leveraging resources from multiple stakeholders.
This role is designed for a dynamic Human resources/ People and Culture professional ready to support global People and Culture initiatives with energy and precision. To qualify, you’ll bring at least a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, international relations, or related fields, along with a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in HR functions, change management or project coordination. Exposure to international development cooperation—particularly within UNICEF, the UN, or International NGOs—is a strong asset, as is familiarity with planning, reporting, and project management. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis will be vital, while skills in communication, change support, and stakeholder engagement will make you stand out. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of another UN language adds an extra edge.
