UNICEF Yemen_Amman outpost, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant, based in Amman, Jordan, to support in leading the Amman-based CFM team to achieve objectives and execute tasks assigned by the CFM head. The post is based in the Regional Office for Middle East and North Africa (MENARO) based in Amman and reports to the Regional Staff Counsellor with a non-negotiable condition for travel to Gaza and other Level 3 Emergencies locations. The Staff Counsellor will implement and contribute to a resiliency and stress management programme aimed at attending to the psychological needs of UNICEF staff in Gaza and Level 3 Emergencies. The work will be carried out from the preventive and curative perspective at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

The consultant will also consolidate new commitments and Government statements from the Forum and help produce a short results report after the Forum takes place
