The Social Policy Officer (Cash Transfers) will support the design, implementation, and monitoring of the various cash transfer programmes implemented by UNICEF Ukraine, including multi-purpose cash assistance (MPCA), cash-for-winterization assistance, and complementary social protection programming in form of ‘top-ups’. It is also assumed that this position will act as the Deputy Lead/Head of the HCT team (when needed).
