Desarrollar una guía metodológica para el seguimiento de políticas públicas y su implementación en dos políticas públicas, con énfasis en la niñez, adolescencia y sus familias, que incorpore el enfoque de derechos y género.
UNICEF’s Gender Equality section is seeking an Adolescent Girls’ Learning Agenda Consultant to develop, network, implement and monitor a learning agenda with supervision from the Senior Advisor, Gender Equality, and in close coordination with the Adolescent Girls’ Programme Specialist. The role will focus on advising on the internal learning and capacity-building agenda to deliver with and for adolescent girls (including a dynamic learning series, using different modalities to reach country-based staff with learning adapted to best suit their needs); developing specific outputs relating to gender-transformative social protection and care; and ‘extracting’ and synthesizing learning in a light touch way from the ‘POWERGirls’ portfolio.
The consultant shall interact with the Frontier Data and Tech Unit (FDTU) and the Program Group Immunization Team (PGI) to gather data and software requirements. The consultant shall also research and test potential methods for improving existent AI solutions and increase the precision of automatic data extraction from unstructured files.
Under the supervision and guidance of the Gender at the Centre Initiative (GCI) Lead, and in close collaboration with the GCI Project Manager and the UNGEI Programme Associate, the Programme Associate will support the GCI team with administrative and operational services.
Under the supervision of the Regional Education Adviser P5, the Education Specialist (Inclusion and Learning in Emergencies and Recovery) provides dedicated technical support and coordination of the education response to the Ukrainian refugee crisis covering both Ukraine and surrounding refugee host countries.
