The Yemen Country Office is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and motivated People and Culture Specialist to lead the HR Business Partner Unit (serving 350 staff at Yemen CO). The HR Business Partnering oversees the Talent Acquisition and Service Delivery pillar within the People Management (HR) Unit and is focused on providing pro-active strategic advice, guidance and end-to-end service delivery to its internal clients. The pillar is responsible for talent sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, benefits and entitlements, offboarding, and similar client service. Reporting to the Chief People and Culture, the Specialist will provide the necessary oversight and management of the HRBP team, workplans and workload, performance, coaching, guidance and development of the team to ensure the pillar delivers on its mandate. Furthermore, the Specialist will also be acting as the OIC for the Chief, People and Culture.
