This Long-Term Agreement (LTA) aims to provide Giga with strategic advisory services on models and strategies for scaling its operations in Geneva. The objective of this Long-Term Agreement (LTA) is to provide ongoing strategic advisory services to support Giga’s Connectivity Credits initiative. The consultants engaged under this LTA will offer high-level guidance on optimizing organizational structure, developing MVP strategies, and supporting the deployment of resources for the scaling of connectivity credits globally.
The objective of this Long-Term Agreement (LTA) is to provide Giga with ongoing strategic advisory services focused on utilizing visual storytelling and artistic engagement to amplify its mission of connecting schools to the internet. Under this LTA, the selected consultants will help Giga leverage initiatives like Patchwork Kingdoms and Creating Connections to engage stakeholders, raise awareness, and secure funding that directly supports the expansion of school connectivity worldwide.
UNICEF is seeking to recruit a consultant to write two journal articles which highlight key findings and programmatic insights from the Afghanistan Caregiver Survey. The holder of this position will work in partnership with the UNICEF HQ Polio Eradication Programme, the Afghanistan Country Office Polio Team and the GPEI Hub to determine the thematic scope of the two articles. They will be accountable for leading the writing of the articles alongside a range of co-authors from the UNICEF mentioned teams, gaining agreement from co-authors, recommending appropriate academic journals to which to submit the articles, and for leading the submission process, including responding to Review and Resubmit decisions from journals. They will be responsible for conducting further primary quantitative and qualitative data analysis as necessary for the purpose of these publications.
The consultant will support the editing and finalization of the contributions of sectoral and cross sectoral programs to the Outcome and Outputs level RAM assessments and the compilation of the end-year summary narrative (EYSN) portion which is the Country Office Annual Report (COAR) ensuring that all corporate deadlines set in the global instruction are respected.
Once the internal version of the EYSN of the COAR is cleared by the Representative, the consultant will also develop an external version for publication as an advocacy and partnerships building tool to be shared with government and donors.
