Under the strategic guidance of the Education Specialist, two consultants will conduct an assessment of Learning Clubs’ experiences, followed with the development of the capacity building program for school directors, ensuring documenting and sustainability of the results to become integral part of the education system.

These positions are responsible for the execution of client services and regularly supporting senior management in policy direction and design. Subsequently, it is expected that they can regularly develop original and innovative strategies to help advance the client’s business objectives and also tackle highly complex HR matters that do not follow established patterns.
The Senior Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Associates perform activities pertaining to UNICEF’s ICT systems including desktop administration, server operations, hardware, and software. Specialized activities may include technical support in the testing and implementation of new application system releases, modules and functionalities and systems administration tasks.
