The Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP)’s HR Learning and Development team is currently looking for an HR Consultant - Learning and Development and HR Data Analytics. This role offers a blend of technical and coordination responsibilities.
This consultancy offers an opportunity to work in a team of passionate learning professionals, to gain exposure to a broad spectrum of audiences, facilitators, and stakeholders, as well as engage in PFPs exciting training programmes and HR data analysis and reporting.
Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) HR Learning and Development Unit provides learning support to UNICEF’s PFP staff as well as other Geneva entities of ECARO, EMOPS and Outposted staff. The Unit provides staff with a rich offering of coaching and training programmes for various staff levels and roles. To respond to increased need for learning support, the Unit is seeking to hire a consultant to strengthen internal capacity for coaching, training design and delivery as well as overall support in organisation of training events.
The consultant will be responsible to explore new and innovative financing opportunities for Prevention of Harmful Practices programmes (PHP), including liaising with UNICEF’s Public Partnership Division (PPD), Regional and Country Offices, National Committees (NATCOMs) and other private sector entities for purposes of resource mobilization for the two Joint Programmes (JPs) (Child Marriage (CM) and Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)).
Join UNICEF LACRO in a pivotal role to develop the U-Report: Uniendo Voces initiative concept note. This consultancy focuses on developing and implementing accountability to affected populations (AAP) tools, ensuring that the voices of young people are heard and acted upon.
The programme associate supports the respective section (s) by carrying out a range of programme support functions to help develop, implement and monitor their country programme, ensuring effective and timely delivery that is consistent with UNICEF rules and regulations.
The Programme Associate works in close collaboration with a range of staff in the CO, external partners and agency counterparts in support of programme design and delivery. The incumbent provides regular feedback on the status of projects through monitoring milestones and advises on improvements to keep activities on track.
