The purpose of this assignment is to enhance the understanding of the rights of persons with disabilities among key national stakeholders, such as participating UN organizations, government stakeholders, OPDs, and civil society, and additional stakeholders, such as development partners. The Global Philanthropy team has focused primarily on capacity building in National Committees and Country Offices to date.
