El trabajo incluirá la revisión y mejora de los procesos de viabilidad técnica, la armonización de criterios entre el MAE y el Banco de Desarrollo del Ecuador (BDE), y el fortalecimiento de los sistemas e instrumentos de gestión utilizados en el sector.
Asimismo, la consultoría apoyará la coordinación entre instituciones públicas, organismos multilaterales y otros actores relevantes, contribuyendo al desarrollo de herramientas técnicas, la generación de evidencia y la formulación de recomendaciones para mejorar las políticas públicas y las estrategias de financiamiento del sector WASH.
