The Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships Section (PSFP) within the Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) works with National Committees and UNICEF Country Offices to maximize revenue and drive income growth. The Global Data and Insights team within the Individual Giving Unit is implementing a Digital Data Revenue and Audience-Centric Strategy to inspire, collaborate with, and enable markets to improve digital fundraising results through accurate measurement of online and offline acquisition and retention efforts.
The main purpose of this consultancy is to support the National Department of Health in developing a comprehensive, costed National Hygiene Roadmap and reviewing the current hygiene strategy to strengthen hygiene policy, coordination, financing, and service delivery systems in South Africa. This roadmap will strengthen hygiene service delivery across diverse settings, enhance systems for coordination and monitoring, and provide financial and policy guidance aligned with national and global targets. This costed roadmap will provide specific guidance for implementation of the hardware and software components of hygiene in households, communities and open spaces, institutions, schools and health care facilities as well as the required financial allocations by the Government and other WASH sector partners.
This role bridges operational delivery by liaising regularly with multiple units—Programme, Operations, Finance, Supply—and with external partners (government ministries, NGOs, donors). Depending on the programme priorities, the Incumbent may support sector‑specific teams (e.g., Health, Education, WASH) or cross‑cutting portfolios (e.g., humanitarian action, M&E, emergency preparedness).
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide advanced technical expertise to the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina to revise, update, and draft the new Basic Technical Standards for ICT Tools in Education 2027–2029.
