L’Associé(e) aux programmes (G-6) est intégré(e) à la section Programme et relève du chef de la section. Ce rôle fait le lien avec la mise en œuvre opérationnelle en assurant une liaison régulière avec plusieurs unités — Programme, Opérations, Finances, Approvisionnement — ainsi qu’avec des partenaires externes, notamment les ministères, les ONG et les donateurs. Selon les priorités du programme, le/la titulaire peut soutenir des équipes sectorielles spécifiques (par exemple Santé, Éducation, WASH) ou des portefeuilles transversaux (par exemple action humanitaire, suivi-évaluation, préparation aux urgences).

UNICEF Romania CO is looking for a National Coordinator (NOC) to support UNICEF’s country-level engagement within the EU HIC MCO. The Coordinator will provide national technical advice, coordination and contextual analysis for assigned country-level priorities, supporting UNICEF’s strategic cooperation agenda through technical inputs to policy dialogue, evidence-based advocacy, child rights monitoring, partnership follow-up, public finance engagement, knowledge generation, and coordination of UNICEF-supported catalytic initiatives and technical assistance.
