La présente mission d’assistance technique est initiée pour appuyer les Circonscriptions Scolaires (CS) et les Circonscription d’Inspection Pédagogique (CIP) dans le processus participatif et inclusif d’élaboration et de mise en oeuvre des plans triennaux et des contrats de performance visant l’amélioration des résultats éducatifs et la gouvernance en tenant compte des spécificités de chaque CS et CIP.
Le Programme WEZIZA EDUC soutient le recrutement d’un consultant pour l’assistance technique aux CS et CIP dans la coordination du processus d’élaboration des plans triennaux et des contrats de performance visant l’amélioration des résultats d’apprentissage. Ce consultant travaillera sous la supervision conjointe de l’Inspection Générale Pédagogique du ministère de l’Enseignement Secondaire (IGPM-MES) et du ministère des Enseignement Maternel et Primaire (DIIP-MEMP), de la Direction de la Planification, de l’Administration et des Finances du MEMP (Unité de la Déconcentration, la Décentralisation et la Coopération), de l’Unité d’Appui Technique et de Suivi (UATS) et de l’UNICEF.
The Nutrition in Emergencies (NiE) Consultant will support the National Department of Health (NDOH), UNICEF, and
nutrition partners to prepare for and respond to the nutrition consequences of the El Niño-induced drought. The consultant
will strengthen nutrition sector coordination, emergency preparedness and contingency planning, nutrition surveillance and
early warning systems, partner capacity, and the delivery of nutrition services and supplies to affected populations. In
addition, the consultant will support the preparation of the national nutrition survey and strengthen national and
subnational capacity for the prevention, detection, and management of acute malnutrition among children. Overall, the
consultant will facilitate a timely, evidence-based, and coordinated nutrition response aimed at preventing and treating
acute malnutrition while safeguarding essential nutrition services during the Elnino driven drought emergency.
